Bill is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner and graduated with a BBA from Niagara University in 1985.  Bill is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and the State of Florida.  He created Canty Financial Management in 1986 and obtained his CPA experience working for the New York State Department of Taxation, the New York State Comptroller, and the New York State Education Department.  Bill is Past-Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, and Past-President of the Ballston Spa Rotary.
