About Canty Financial
CFM provides Tax Preparation Services and Investment Advisory Services to over 1,000 clients each year. The business was formed 25 years ago when Bill Canty implemented an idea to help several people reduce their taxes. CFM now operates two branches, located in Ballston Spa, NY and Naples, FL. We are an independently-owned, client-centered firm, and a Registered Investment Advisor with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Our staff is involved in the local community – for example, Baseball and Basketball programs, the High School Band Ensemble, Rotary International and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. For the past 15 years, and to this day, CFM creates a custom-made crossword puzzle published each week in the Ballston Journal. We pick a theme and create a new puzzle from scratch every week.
